This article is for stores that installed B2B Wholesale Hub after February 5, 2026. If you installed Wholesale Hub before February 5 2026, follow the theme installation setup guide → How to install Wholesale Hub
After installing B2B Wholesale Hub, add the Wholesale pricing details app block to your product template to enable the app on your theme.
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes. Click the Edit Theme button to open your theme editor:
From the dropdown menu at the top, select Products > Default product.
Under Template, select Add Section. Click Apps, and add Wholesale pricing details.
Once added, you can drag the Wholesale pricing details block to any position on the product page that works best for your layout (for example, near the price or add-to-cart button).
With the app block added to your live theme, B2B Wholesale Hub will be active for your store! You’ll be able to set up discounts, and test them with a tagged account.
Note: App blocks require an Online Store 2.0 theme. If you're following these instructions and don't see app blocks available or receive an error message when trying to enable one, your theme likely predates 2.0 and is not compatible with app blocks. You can also check with your theme support or Shopify to verify if you are using a 2.0 theme compatible with Shopify App blocks.
If your theme does not support app blocks, we can still help you get set up. Contact our support team using the chat widget in the app, or the chat widget at the bottom left of this article.
Adding discounts to collection pages
Use this setup if you want wholesale discounts to appear on collection pages, search results, or other storefront pages.
In Wholesale Hub, go to Home.
Under Theme integration, click Manage.
In the theme editor, confirm the App embeds sidebar opens and the Wholesale Hub embed is toggled On.
Click Save.
The theme editor opens with the App embeds sidebar on the left. Make sure the Wholesale Hub embed is toggled On, then click Save to add it to your theme.
By default, the app shows Wholesale beside the discounted price. To change this label, use Discount text.
Under Price display, decide if you would like wholesale pricing to display below the retail price, or to replace the retail price.
Reinstalling Wholesale Hub: app blocks
If you're updating your theme, you'll need to reinstall the app. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact your theme developer
To manually update your theme, you'll need to contact your theme developer and obtain the latest version of your theme. You can then upload the updated version into your admin.
Before checking for updates or uploading a new theme, make sure to make a backup of your current theme first.
Step 2: Upload and customize your updated theme version
Upload your new updated theme into your Shopify admin, and customize your theme. If you want to replicate the styling of your previous version, your theme developer may be able to assist.
Step 3: Reinstall Wholesale Hub
Once you've uploaded and customized your new theme copy, follow the app block installation guide to ensure the app blocks are setup on the new theme copy. If you are using the Quick Order Form or Net Terms, you will need to re-add those app blocks as well.
