The Quick Order Form feature addition allows customers to add multiple products to the cart at once, helping them place large orders more easily and helping you increase your average order value.

If you installed Wholesale Hub on or after February 5th, 2026 follow these steps for setting up the Quick Order Form
Installs before February 5th, 2026 (theme integration)
When the app is installed a collection named ‘Quick Order’ will be created in your Products admin. The Quick Order Form contains all of the products in your Quick Order collection.
By default, this collection is set to display all products with a price greater than $0. You can modify which products appear on the Quick Order Form by changing the collection conditions.
To edit the collection conditions, find the Quick Order collection in your Shopify admin and use the dropdown menu options to customize your conditions.
Adding the Quick Order Form to your store
🔔 The Quick Order Form will only display wholesale prices to tagged customers if your published theme has Wholesale Hub installed.
Your Quick Order Form has its own URL which needs to be added to your theme in order for customers to find it on your store. To find your URL, go to the Quick Order Form page in your app. You can also share the URL with your customers by email if you want to provide them with a direct link to shop from one easy location.
Also, to make sure the form is formatted correctly, go to your Quick Order collection in your Shopify admin and set the Theme template to quick:
Installs after February 5th, 2026 (app block)
Open the B2B Wholesale Hub app in your shop admin and click on the Quick Order Form feature. This page will show you if Quick Order Form has been installed on your theme. If it isn’t installed, follow these steps to get it setup:
1. In your theme customizer, create a new collection template titled "quick”
2. In the Template section, remove or hide any blocks that you don't want on your Quick Order Form. To start, we recommend hiding everything but your footer section. You can do this by clicking the eye icon.
3. Under Template, click Add Block > Apps, add B2B Wholesale Hub's Quick Order Form app block.
4. Click Save
5. To allow customers to access your Quick Order Form, share a link to your quick order collection with them or add the collection to your storefront navigation. The link can be found under Quick Order From URL in your admin
You can quickly preview your Quick Order Form from this page as well.
💡 Control which products appear in the Quick Order Form by adjusting your Quick Order collection. This will be available under ‘Collections’ in your the Products section of your store.
