You can use Wholesale Hub on the Shopify POS app to create orders for wholesale customers in person.
If you’ve been using Wholesale Hub before February 5th 2026, follow these POS app steps.
If you installed Wholesale Hub on or after February 5th 2026, use these POS steps.
Before February 5th 2026
On the left-hand side of the POS cart, tap Add tile then App.
Step 2
Tap App, then select Wholesale Hub.
Step 3
Add products to the cart eligible for wholesale discounts. Make sure to select products in a collection targeted by one of your wholesale discount rules, or a product that has a Custom Price assigned.
Step 4
Under the More actions menu in the cart, select a customer with the applicable wholesale tag.

Once you've added the correct customer, tap the Wholesale Hub tile in the cart:

After seeing a green confirmation banner, your wholesale discount will be applied in the cart.
Steps for Wholesale Hub installs on or after February 5th 2026:
If you installed our B2B Wholesale Hub app in your Shopify admin after February 5th 2026, no formal install is required on your POS. Simply add products to the cart, select a customer for the order, and their wholesale discounts will automatically apply to the cart. No additional steps are required.
