You can use Wholesale Hub on the Shopify POS app to create orders for wholesale customers in person. Wholesale Hub can apply wholesale pricing on Shopify POS, but setup depends on when you installed the app.
Choose the steps below based on your install type:
If you installed on or after February 5, 2026, do not add an app tile. Discounts apply automatically when a tagged customer and eligible items are in the cart.
Before February 5th 2026
On the left side of the POS cart, tap Add tile, then App.
Step 2
Under App, select B2B Wholesale Hub.
Step 3
Add products to the cart that are eligible for wholesale discounts. Make sure to select products in a collection targeted by one of your wholesale discount rules, or a product that has a Custom Price assigned.
Step 4
In the cart, open More actions, then select a customer with the correct wholesale tag.
Step 5
Once you've added the correct customer, tap the Wholesale Hub tile in the cart:

When you see the green confirmation banner, the discount has been applied.
Steps for Wholesale Hub installs on or after February 5 2026:
If you installed our B2B Wholesale Hub app after February 5 2026, no app tile is needed. The app uses Shopify's Automatic Discounts in order to apply discounts on POS.
Add eligible products to the cart.
Select the customer with the correct wholesale tag.
Confirm the automatic discount appears.
Important: Shopify Automatic Discounts are not supported on Shopify's POS Lite. You need POS Pro to apply discounts to your orders on POS.
If discounts are not applying:
Confirm you are using Shopify POS Pro
Check that the customer has the correct tag
Verify you're following the steps for your install type (tile required vs automatic discounts.)
