Uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub on an Online Store 2.0 theme
B2B Wholesale Hub is installed on 2.0 themes via app blocks. Uninstalling an app block is very quick, and can be done at any time within your theme editor.
To uninstall, remove the Wholesale pricing details app block.
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes. Click the Edit Theme button to open your theme editor.
From the dropdown menu at the top, select Products > Default product.
Under the Template, look for the Wholesale Pricing Details block and delete it by clicking on the trashcan icon. Then save the change in your theme editor to apply it.
Note: You might have added this app block to other product templates. Remove it from all product templates before uninstalling.
Once you have removed the app block from your theme you can uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub from your app list in your Shopify admin.
Uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub on a vintage theme
Some older (vintage) themes do not support app blocks. If your theme required a manual install, Orbit Support may have added code to your theme.
This involved adding a few snippets and render tags to your theme. Uninstalling the app involves removing this code. If you think this applies to you, please contact our support team and request that we remove this code from your theme.
After we have verified that the code removal is done, you are ready to uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub from your app list in your Shopify admin.
Closing your account
To cancel your account and stop incurring any more charges, all you need to do is remove Wholesale Hub from your Shopify admin. Follow Shopify’s steps to uninstall an app from your Shopify admin.
Important for Trial Users: If your trial period is active, ensure you uninstall Wholesale Hub before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue. If the app isn't uninstalled, subscription charges will start automatically after the trial based on your selected plan.
Once Wholesale Hub is removed from your Shopify admin, your account will be closed and you won’t incur any further charges.
🔔 App charges on Shopify work in 30-day billing cycles and charges are applied at the beginning of a cycle. This means that when you uninstall an app after a new billing cycle has begun you may see a final charge for that app come in on your next Shopify invoice.
If your Shopify store is closed during the trial, no charges will apply for the trial period. However, reopening the store with an already selected subscription plan will trigger immediate billing.
