This guide only applies if you first installed B2B Wholesale Hub before February 5, 2026.

If you installed on or after February 5, 2026, follow B2B Wholesale Hub uninstall - app blocks instead.

Preparing to uninstall

There are a few steps you will need to complete before uninstalling B2B Wholesale Hub from your admin. Start by deleting any discounts and product visibility rules.

Delete discounts:

  • Going to Discounts page

  • On the right side of each discount rule, click on the Actions dropdown.

  • Select “Delete”

Delete product visibility rules:

  • Going to Product Visibility page.

  • On the right side of each product visibility rule, click on the Actions dropdown.

  • Select “Delete”

After you delete discount rules and product visibility rules, B2B Wholesale Hub may take a few minutes to sync the changes. When syncing is complete, continue on to the next uninstall steps.

Uninstalling B2B Wholesale Hub

There are two options to consider when uninstalling B2B Wholesale Hub.

Option 1 - Revert to your original theme (easiest):

When you first installed B2B Wholesale Hub, the installer created a duplicate of your theme and left your original theme unchanged. The code needed to run the app is only ever added to that duplicate theme copy.

This lets you switch back to a theme with no Wholesale Hub code, with no cleanup needed.

Option 2 - Manual code removal by our support team:

If you prefer to keep your current (modified) theme, our support team can safely remove any remaining code on a duplicate theme for you! Just reach out, and we’ll take care of it.

The best ways to contact support for this type of request are by email at [email protected] or through the in-app chat widget.

Note that if you require this support, there are a few important things you should be aware of:

  • To remove the code, our support team needs access to your Shopify admin through a Shopify Collaborator account. When you contact our support team, we will send you this request to approve.

  • To send you a Collaborator Account to approve, you must still have the app installed. Shopify does not allow us to send you these requests if the app is already removed.

  • We cannot remove the app code directly from a live theme. We perform manual code changes of this scope only on duplicate themes. This is much safer for your shop and customers. Please let us know which theme you need the code removed from by copy/pasting the current title of the theme. We will duplicate that theme and remove the code from the copy. You will then use the duplicate copy when this work is complete.

  • Once we notify you that we have started, this process can take up to one to two business days to complete. Knowing that we must duplicate a theme and work on a duplicate copy only, please be sure to pause any planned theme changes so that your work does not have to be redone.

Our support team may ask that you confirm and understand these important points above before proceeding with the code removal.

When can I uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub from my Shopify Admin?

You can uninstall at any time, but we recommend uninstalling after you delete your rules and switch to a theme with no Wholesale Hub code. Our support team is happy to help verify this for you, and guide you through uninstalling.

Things to know before you uninstall B2B Wholesale Hub

  • Uninstalling the app will immediately halt all subscription charges. The app’s recurring subscription is automated by Shopify, and uninstalling will prevent any new charges from occurring.

  • Uninstalling the app will automatically delete any saved discounts, product visibility rules, and settings. These are not stored or kept by us, and cannot be recovered once you uninstall.

Closing your account

To cancel your account and stop incurring any more charges, all you need to do is remove Wholesale Hub from your Shopify admin. Follow Shopify’s steps to uninstall an app from your Shopify admin.

Important for Trial Users: If your trial period is active, ensure you uninstall Wholesale Hub before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue. If the app isn't uninstalled, subscription charges will start automatically after the trial based on your selected plan.

Once Wholesale Hub is removed from your Shopify admin, your account will be closed and you won’t incur any further charges.

🔔 App charges on Shopify work in 30-day billing cycles and charges are applied at the beginning of a cycle. This means that when you uninstall an app after a new billing cycle has begun you may see a final charge for that app come in on your next Shopify invoice.

If your Shopify store is closed during the trial, no charges will apply for the trial period. However, reopening the store with an already selected subscription plan will trigger immediate billing.
