This article applies to stores on the Premium plan using Wholesale Hub app blocks (installed after February 5, 2026).
If you installed Wholesale Hub before February 5, 2026 (theme integrations), Product Visibility is already included and no additional setup is required.
To set up Product Visibility:
Open Product Visibility
Click Theme Setup in the top right corner
Select the theme you want to install Product Visibility on from the drop down
Click Run Setup
Theme Setup creates an unpublished duplicate of your selected theme and installs Product Visibility on the copy. Your live theme is not affected.
Once the install is complete, you’ll see a green banner on the Product Visibility page confirming that your new theme is ready but not yet published.
You can now preview and test the unpublished theme. When you’re ready, publish the duplicated theme in Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes to make Product Visibility live.
To set up Product Visibility rules, follow Hiding products using Product Visibility.
Uninstalling Product Visibility
Before you uninstall Product Visibility, deactivate all Product Visibility rules. You can do this by clicking Deactivate all rules in the top-right corner of the Product Visibility page.
Once all rules are deactivated, click Request Uninstall to open the chat widget, then message Support to remove Product Visibility code from your theme. Support will confirm in the chat when the uninstall is complete.
If you decide to use Product Visibility again in the future, you can reinstall it at any time using the Theme Setup tool.
