Installing Product Visibility

This article applies only to stores on the Premium plan that installed Wholesale Hub after February 5th, 2026. If you installed Wholesale Hub before that date, Product Visibility is already included in your theme and no additional setup is required.

On the Product Visibility page, click Theme Setup in the top right corner.

Select the theme you want to install Product Visibility on from the dropdown, then click Run Setup.

Our Theme Setup tool will automatically create an unpublished duplicate of your selected theme and install Product Visibility on that copy. Your live theme will not be affected.

Once the install is complete, you’ll see a green banner on the Product Visibility page confirming that your new theme is ready but not yet published.

You can now preview and test the unpublished theme. When you’re ready, publish the theme to make Product Visibility live on your storefront.

Uninstalling Product Visibility

If you need to uninstall Product Visibility, make sure all Product Visibility rules are deactivated first. You can do this by clicking Deactivate all rules in the top-right corner of the Product Visibility page.

Once all rules are deactivated, click Request Uninstall. This will open the chat widget, where you can notify our Support team that you’d like all Product Visibility code removed from your theme.

If you decide to use Product Visibility again in the future, you can reinstall it at any time using the Theme Setup tool.
