These troubleshooting tips are only intended for stores that installed B2B Wholesale Hub after February 5th, 2026.
If you installed prior to February 5th, 2026, tips to setup your Custom Prices correctly can be found here.
Check the tags on customer accounts
Custom Prices are very flexible! They allow you to easily customize any product variant’s price for select customers via the tag they have. For simplicity, each customer should only ever need a single tag to govern their discounts.
So avoid adding multiple tags associated with discounts to any one customer account. This will make it much simpler to manage your customer’s discounts.
For example: You've made a "VIP" and "Wholesale" tag in the app for two different custom price lists. If you want a customer to have access to a combination of discounts from these tags, make a new tag for that customer instead, such as “B2B”. Then price products in that new discount to suit their needs.
Check if your app is still syncing
When entering or editing a custom price, B2B Wholesale Hub requires time to sync before changes are shown on the Online Store.
Give the app a bit of time to sync your new custom prices, and edits to older ones before testing them on your storefront.
Check that you're not raising a product's price
Custom prices only apply if they are lower than the product's regular price.
Each product's regular price is shown on the custom prices table under the "Price" column for reference.
For example: a custom price cannot raise a product's regular price - it must be a discount.
