This article is for stores that installed B2B Wholesale Hub after February 5 2026. If you installed Wholesale Hub before February 5 2026, you will need to follow the theme installation guide instead.
Check the tags on customer accounts
Custom Prices lets you set a sepcific product variant price for customers based on their customer tag. For simplicity, each customer should have one discount-related tag to control their pricing.
Avoid adding multiple discount-related tags associated to the same customer account. This will make it much simpler to manage your customer’s discounts.
For example: You created the tags "VIP" and "Wholesale" for two different price lists. If a customer needs a combination, create a new tag (for example, "B2B"), then set Custom Prices for that new tag.
Check if your app is still syncing
When entering or editing a custom price, B2B Wholesale Hub requires time to sync before changes are shown on the Online Store.
After you add or edit a Custom Price, wait a few minutes for the app to sync, then refresh your storefront and test again.
Check that you're not raising a product's price
Custom Prices only apply when the custom price is lower than the product's regular price.
In the Custom Prices table, the product's regular price appears in the Price column.
