Compatibility between third-party apps and B2B Wholesale Hub requires careful consideration. Some apps may interfere with the functionalities offered by our app.
B2B Wholesale Hub modifies pricing and relies on various Shopify APIs. Due to the nature of this, there are some apps that are not compatible.
The following is a list of app categories that we typically see issues with. They may work in some cases, though, with the correct settings and configuration:
Apps that alter product prices (i.e. other wholesale apps, apps that offer percentage or price-based discounts)
Apps that redirect to a third party checkout (i.e. shipping and delivery apps, subscription apps, product option apps, loyalty and rewards apps)
Apps that render their own templates via JavaScript (i.e. page builders, search and filter apps)
When in doubt, test the apps together
While certain apps aren’t compatible, it’s often worth testing - we can’t be 100% sure that an app won’t cause issues until we see them interact together on your store. It's best to install both apps and test them out, making sure to duplicate your theme first so you have a backup theme and can test safely.
