Enabling Net Terms

In order to get Net Terms setup on your theme, select which version of our app you’re using to locate the instructions that apply to you:

I installed before February 5th 2026

I installed after February 5th 2026

To use Net Terms, the Support team will need to add code into your theme. Please choose a theme in the ‘Theme Setup’ dropdown. This is the theme we will complete the feature install on.

Then, click the ‘Request Net Terms’ button to notify the Support team. Once your request has been sent, a ticket will be opened within the app’s chat widget. Support will then conduct the install. You will receive a message within the ticket and an email when Net Terms is ready to use.

To use Net Terms with an app block install, you’ll need to enable the Net Terms app section in your theme editor.

Under ‘Theme Setup’, click ‘Go to theme editor’, this will open your theme’s editor. Here you can drag and drop exactly where you’d like the Net Terms app block to render.

Once you have found the ideal location, click ‘Save’.
