This feature requires a separate installation for development stores, and settings for Net Terms might appear locked until installation is completed.

Once you’ve added the Net Terms feature addition, you can add Net Terms tags to your customers’ accounts. In the Customers section of your Shopify admin, you’ll see the option to bulk edit your customer accounts to add the appropriate Net Terms tag.

Note: If Net Terms tags do not appear available for bulk editing, ensure the feature has been installed and activated for your store plan.

Choose from the following tags:

  • net15

  • net30

  • net45

  • net60

Net 30 is the most common option, but you can choose the tag that best suits the Net Terms you’ve created. Net Terms tags are case-sensitive. To customize the tag that’s used for Net Terms, please contact our support team.

If Net Terms tags aren't working as expected, ensure they are entered in lowercase (e.g., net30). Incorrect capitalization can prevent functionality. Verify customer tags in the admin, update their formatting, and test again.

Wholesale Hub does not collect payment for orders placed with Net Terms. You can keep track of Net Terms orders in your Shopify admin by creating custom views. How you collect payment for these orders will be determined by which setting you select in the app dashboard.

If Net Terms options are missing during checkout, check that the feature is properly installed on your plan and that customer tags are formatted correctly.
