Net Terms lets you allow approved wholesale customers to place orders now and pay later. You manage these orders and collect payment through Shopify admin.

To keep track of which orders have been paid, create a custom view in the Orders section of your Shopify admin by filtering orders by customer tag. Learn how to create and save order filters in Shopify.

After you save the view, you can quickly check the payment status of your Net Terms orders.

You can create a custom view to track different customer groups and export the order data to a CSV for reporting.
