Adding Custom Prices - theme integrations

This guide covers the setup for Custom Prices for installs before February 5 2026. If you installed the app after February 5 2026, follow the Custom Prices - app blocks guide.

This feature is available on the Professional plan. Check out our pricing and plans.

Do you need to control pricing for individual products, rather than apply a wholesale discount to a collection? Use the Custom Prices feature to set a new price for any product or variant in your catalog.

Create a customer tag

To add Custom Prices, create a customer tag with a 0% discount rate and add all the collections containing products that require a new price.

When tagging your customers keep in mind that these tags are case-sensitive. Copy them exactly so they match. For example, if you enter "wholesale" in the app, do not tag customer accounts with "Wholesale".

Add Custom Prices in the app

You can search for the products you want to update in the Custom Prices page of the app and add a new price for each customer tag. After you enter a new price, the app auto-saves it. You will see a green check mark when the price saves successfully.

To remove a custom price, clear the number in the price field.

If you delete one of your wholesale tags, any Custom Prices assigned to that tag will be removed and must be re-entered. Tags associated with custom prices should be edited once created.
