To test the app, you will need to create a test customer account. Create a test customer by entering an email address and password on your store’s account page.
Once you’ve registered a new account, log in to your Shopify admin to tag the test customer account with a customer tag.
If you installed the app before February 5th, 2026, tags are case-sensitive. Make sure your customer tags and discount tags match exactly. For example, if you enter “wholesale” in the app, don’t tag customer accounts with “Wholesale.”
