Editing Custom Prices with a CSV

You can add price lists for different customer tags at once by importing a CSV file. A template containing all of your products and customer groups will be available for download in the app.

Button to upload Custom Prices using a CSV.

You can edit the prices in this template in a spreadsheet program (we recommend Google Sheets) and import the file to the Custom Prices page of Wholesale Hub when you’re done adding wholesale prices. Once the upload is complete you'll see the updated prices in your Custom Prices page.

The template needs to remain in the same format. Do not add new columns or rows to the template when editing the spreadsheet.

To make quick changes, you can edit prices on the page rather than importing a new CSV.

Notifications

You can choose which email address your CSV notifications are sent to. Email notifications will be sent to you in the following scenarios:

  • When a Custom Prices sync is complete

  • When a CSV import is complete

  • When there are any errors with your CSV

By default, your notifications will go to the Shopify account owner email. You can customize where these notifications go to by clicking Settings in the top right corner of the Custom Prices page, and entering your preferred email here:
