If you installed B2B Wholesale Hub before February 5, 2026 (theme integrations), Net Terms requires a separate installation on development stores. Net Terms settings may appear locked until installation is complete. Contact Support when you are ready to add Net Terms.
Once you’ve added Net Terms, you can add tags to your customers’ accounts. In the Shopify admin, go to Customers, select the customers, then click Edit customers (bulk editor) to add the Net Terms tag.
Note: If Net Terms tags do not appear available for bulk editing, ensure the feature has been installed and activated for your store plan.
Choose from the following tags:
net15net30net45net60
net30 is the most common option, but you can choose the tag that best suits the Net Terms you’ve created. To customize the tag that’s used for Net Terms, please contact our support team.
If Net Terms tags aren't working as expected, ensure they are entered in lowercase (e.g., net30 not NET30). Net Terms tags are case sensitive, and incorrect capitalization can prevent functionality. Verify customer tags in the admin, update their formatting, and test again.
Wholesale Hub does not process payments for Net Terms orders. You collect payment separately (or by invoicing through Shopify), depending on whether you create Net Terms orders as draft orders or final orders.
