All Shopify app payments are run through Shopify, meaning Pixelpop will appear as an item on your monthly Shopify bill. You'll pay for Pixelpop however you pay for Shopify.

For BigCommerce, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card details on the Account page when you choose your plan. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments will be processed in USD plus applicable taxes.

Frequently asked billing questions

How do I change my credit card?

On Bigcommerce, this can be done by going to the Account page of your app, and scrolling down to the Account Settings. Here, you’ll see a Billing info area, where you can click “Edit Card”. You can then enter a new credit card.

On Shopify, your billing is attached to your Shopify invoice. Any changes to credit card information can be done within your Shopify billing settings.

Where can I see my invoices?

On Bigcommerce, your invoices will be accessible in your Account Settings, under Billing info. You can click ‘View Invoices’ to see your invoices and their issue date, as well as a link to download them.

On Shopify, your subscription to Pixelpop will be visible as a line item on your Shopify invoice.

I tried selecting a different plan but all I see is a spinning wheel. What’s going on?

On Bigcommerce, if you see a spinning wheel when trying to upgrade your plan or change your credit card, it’s likely that the charge is declining. Stripe isn’t able to send an error message so it will look like the app is continuously loading.

We recommend trying to use a different credit card to process the charge. If you’re trying a card that you’re 100% sure should go through, please contact our support team and provide your first and last name, as well as the last 4 digits of the card on file, and we’ll be able to investigate further.
