Why is reporting unavailable?
In times of peak volume, the administrative reporting system has the potential to impact the performance on the storefront. In efforts to minimize impact on end-customers, the app may temporarily deactivate the dashboard's reporting feature to allocate all resources to the end-customer experience.

When will reporting be available again?
Reporting will be reactivated when doing so will not impact any storefront activity.

Are my offers still running for my customers?
Yes. Even if reporting is not available, offers will not be affected.
